The candidate should join the IT Transformation team as Business Analysis Manager for repo products. He will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technology  by leading a team of skilled Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business requirements, and aligning IT solutions with strategic business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate a team of Business Analysts, providing  guidance and professional development

• Oversee the end-to-end business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex development projects
