EUC Engineer – MacOS / Apple Devices
We are seeking an experienced and proactive EUC Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience supporting MacOS environments, Apple devices, and modern workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support and administration for MacOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices
Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business
Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues
Assist with networking support including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity
Support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels
