The Role
Halfdays is a women's ski and outdoor apparel brand built on a simple belief: you shouldn't have to choose between looking good and performing at your best. We started in the US and we're bringing that energy to Europe — and we're looking for the people who want to build it with us.
As our EU Operations Manager, you'll be one of our first hires in Europe. That means you have real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape how we operate across the continent from day one. You'll report to our GM of Europe and work closely with our global ops team in the US, sitting at the intersection of logistics, e-commerce infrastructure, and cross-border complexity.
What you'll do
- Own EU fulfillment operations end-to-end — 3PL relationships, carrier partnerships, last-mile delivery
- Manage our Shopify backend for EU markets: product setup, inventory, shipping configurations, and order management
