Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily activities performed at the Effluent Treatment Plant and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Report any deviations or discrepancies related to daily plant operations promptly and accurately.
Monitor and update the water material balance for the plant on a daily basis.
Track daily chemical consumption within the plant and maintain accurate records.
Verify all chemical deliveries to the plant, ensuring that an accurate inventory is recorded at all times.
Cross-check vendor invoices against actual chemical usage and delivery records to identify any discrepancies.
Provide regular updates to management on chemical usage, inventory status, and vendor performance.
Collaborate with technical staff to understand process requirements and support operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Chemical Engineering qualification (preferable).
Experience within the manufacturing sector (advantageous)....
