Estimator/Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Estimator/Project Managers are responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing construction projects, and subsequently, for the overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control of a construction project. Estimating includes identifying quantities, productions, scope details, schedules, and risks to generate a hard-dollar cost estimate. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the fundamental elements of projects – Scope, Schedule and Cost – while maintaining our high standards of safety and quality. Estimator/Project Managers work under the direction of Senior Management including the Chief Estimator and Director of Operations while working with and directing support staff to complete their work.
