Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Joinery & Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with expertise in joinery and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and interior works
• Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Monitor project costs and support cost-control activities
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes
• Experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (mandatory)
