Estimator Joinery / Fitout

The Estimator Interior Fit-Out is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and commercial proposals for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, conducting quantity take-offs, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations, analysing project costs, and supporting the pre-contract team to secure profitable projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements. Perform detailed quantity take-offs for architectural, interior fit-out, joinery, finishing, and MEP works. Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender pricing for commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects.
