Estimator
·3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (light industrial, big box retail, not really any homes — multifamily builds acceptable). Must provide project list showcasing experience.
·Able to work on multiple jobs at once
·Worked for GCs, not so much subcontracting experience
·Familiar with technology includes Sage Estimating, On Screen Takeoff, iSqFt, and Bluebeam
·Experience with 5-50 million dollar projects
·Good job stability
Salary Range: $90,000-110,000
