About the Role
Our client, a construction specialist in both design and build, are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in refurbishment works and new-build commercial projects. You will play a key role in preparing accurate tenders, developing cost plans, and supporting the delivery of successful projects across South Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Review tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and project details.
* Tender for projects of varying values, from receipt of tender packages through to full bills of quantities.
* Produce logical, consistent pricing schedules and detailed cost breakdowns.
