Job Description
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project specifications and plans.Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Assist with bid proposals and ensure timely submission to potential clients.Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive estimates.Maintain detailed records of project costs and update estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate with stakeholders to address questions or concerns related to project estimates.Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques.
