Estimator – Residential Homebuilding Position Overview The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential construction projects. This role plays a key part in supporting sales, construction, and purchasing teams by ensuring budgets align with design, pricing, and market conditions. The Estimator will work within a production/semi-custom environment, leveraging standard plans while accommodating selected upgrades and options.
