Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations
• Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing
• Identify risks and propose value engineering options
• Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals
• Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking
• Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of estimation experience in the UAE construction industry
• Familiar with residential, commercial, and governmental building projects
• Proficient in estimation tools like Candy, CCS, Excel, or similar software
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
