Job Description
The Call Agent will need to call the subs in the database and verify the phone number works, ask subcontractors how many employees they have and how long they have been in business.
The callers will also assist our Senior Bid Coordinator in calling on projects we are bidding on to get information to the Subcontractors and to draw attention to the project.
The Call Agent should be able to read construction plans or understand where to find the information.
Callers will also need to save bids, log bids, and enter bidder information into an excel workbook be construction scope and division.
**Qualifications**
- Student or Newly Graduated.
- Exceptional English skills required.
- Experience reading construction plans.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations
- Live in Merida, Mexico
