- Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales targets and service KPIs
- Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty experiences across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
- Build a loyal client base through expert clienteling, follow-ups, and tailored consultations
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and service delivery
- Manage daily counter operations, including rostering, reporting, and team performance
