Toensureanefficientandeffectivecorporateestatethatmakesbestuseofandextractsoptimumvaluefromtheassets. Toassistinensuringthatallinternalcontrolsystemsareeffective,efficientanduptodateincludingtheassetdatabasesandregisters,AssetManagementPlan,GISsystemsandpropertymanagementsoftware. Maincontacts Councillors,officers,tenants,contractors,publicandprivatesectorbodies,charitableorganisations,statutoryauthorities,utilitiescompaniesandmembersofthepublic. Themainpurposeoftherole: ToassistwithreportingverballyandinwritingfortheHeadofService,DeputyChiefExecutiveandStrategicDirector,CorporateBoardsandGroupsandadvisingCouncillors.
