Estate Operations Lead - Plantation Management

IOI Plantation Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced estate operations manager for Sabah. You will oversee oil palm and rubber divisions, nurseries, field development, harvesting, and infrastructure projects while monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with MSPO/RSPO standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management or related field, with 3+ years in plantation operations and strong field supervision capabilities.
