We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Estate Officer to play a vital role in maintaining our neighbourhoods, supporting residents and helping our communities thrive.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the visible presence across our estates, carrying out inspections, identifying repairs, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring residents live in safe, well-maintained environments they are proud to call home.
Please note: This role requires you to be based at our Brackley scheme for three days per week, where you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents.
