SUMMARY
A private estate located on Lake Joseph in Muskoka is seeking an accomplished Estate Manager to oversee the year-round management and operation of an exceptional waterfront property.
This position is suited to an experienced private service professional who combines outstanding leadership abilities with a hands-on management approach and a genuine commitment to service excellence. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless operation of the estate while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, property care, staff leadership, and discretion.
Working closely with the property owners and family office, the Estate Manager will coordinate all aspects of the residence, supervise household staff, oversee vendors and contractors, manage budgets, and ensure an exceptional experience for the principals and their guests.
