General Description: The Sr Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness of plant maintenance activities through the effective supervision, coordination, and performance management of external maintenance suppliers and contractors. This role acts as the technical and operational authority for outsourced maintenance services, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, contractual agreements, and operational KPIs.
