We're looking for a bilingual Contact Center Specialist (Portuguese/English) to join a healthcare team and serve as the primary point of contact for patients.

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with inquiries and follow-ups
• Verify and update patient information
• Document interactions accurately in the system
• Support intake and administrative processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center, medical office, or law firm
