Summary:
Support Property Magament department by implemeting, maintaning, analyzing, and recommending process to support all goals and objectives in accordance with strategic plan.
This includes Operation, Legal and Real Estate teams by reviewing the lease contratct to identify the due date and the renewals terms and be the link with operations and the landlord to help them on any situacion according to the maintenance of the site.
Support with the Property-Tax payments having access to People Soft tool, constant comunication with the landlord and the municipalites to have these payments on time and form.
Have a report with all the information from all AZ sites and constanly update it.
Manage with confidentiality the information of the compay and their stores.
