   Job Responsibility for   ESL Program Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market  
 Build a curriculum being in accordance with the most up-to-date ESL curriculum
 Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in ESL instruction
 Develop and implement program evaluation measures to assess student learning and program effectiveness
 Hire and train ESL instructors and manage their performance to ensure that high-quality instruction is provided
