About the Role
A strategic leader who safeguards the health and safety of Lockheed Martin personnel by driving the ESH team and the enterprise‑wide ESH Management System for the UK and Europe region. Blending robust governance, workforce empowerment and stakeholder engagement to ensure current and future business and customer obligations are consistently met through sound ESH policies, processes, and procedures and applying a systematic, evidence‑based approach rollout of effective ESH business solutions. In addition, lead the full talent–management cycle—recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and recognition/reinforcement—thereby fostering a high‑performing, resilient ESH workforce.
