• Lead and manage Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) consultancy projects in Singapore, overseeing Green Mark certification delivery from design to post-TOP verification, while ensuring project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage Green Mark projects from post-design assessment stage: TOP to final certification (Green Mark Stage 1 and Stage 2 verifications).
• Ensure projects achieve targeted Green Mark ratings within timeline.
• Oversee post-assessment phase and ensure closure of all outstanding credits.
