2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support. Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams.
