At SUNSTRONG INTERNATIONAL MÉXICO, we are looking for an ERP Engineer with strong experience in ERP systems, factory networks, and manufacturing operations, focused on ensuring system efficiency, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement in our production environment.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the ERP system and control all related processes, including installation, configuration, backup management, user training, and technical support.
• Coordinate ERP and MES system integration to support manufacturing operations and real-time production tracking.
• Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Administer user profiles, roles, and permissions within ERP and related systems.
