We are partnering with a well-established ERP and IT solutions provider to appoint an experienced Customer Success / Sales Account Director . This is a senior, consultative role focused on account management, value-led sales, and long-term customer growth within the manufacturing sector.

You will manage and develop a portfolio of mid-market manufacturing customers (£15m–£50m turnover) , acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
