Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go‑live.
- Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them from UAT.
- Create a user manual and provide training and support to end‑users as per the agreement defined.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo‑related issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for system integration.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
- Support the sales team during pre‑sales by creating and presenting a demo.
- Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
