Located on the North Wales / Cheshire border, Broughton is the largest Airbus plant in the UK and focuses primarily on the manufacture of wings for the Airbus family of aircraft.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ergonomist to join the team at Broughton. Working within the Manufacturing Engineering organisation, this role influences and drives change in a wing manufacturing facility.
Main Tasks and Activities
- Increase efficiency and minimise the negative impact of the work packages on both the human and the manufacturing systems
- Perform ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/ Installation activities
- Identify work-related ergonomic risk factors at the workplace and propose solutions to mitigate risks
