Role Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Data Engineering background to lead complex, cross-functional data initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end program delivery, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of scalable data platform and analytics projects. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics programs.
- Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, and Business teams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure successful delivery of data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery health.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery roadblocks.
