ERD Engineer

As an Engineer – End Fitting R&D, you will play a key role in enhancing, consolidating, and developing cutting‑edge solutions for flexible pipe end‑fittings. This role sits within the Engineering & Technology and New Product Development. You will be the primary point of contact for ERD on assigned projects, reporting to the Manager of End Fitting Research & Development and collaborate cross‑functionally with global teams, test facilities, and factories. Your work will directly support NOV’s leadership in offshore oil and gas and emerging sustainable energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new concepts and drive technology development in line with API 17N/Q and DNVGL‑RP‑A203 frameworks, to deliver cutting edge End Fitting solutions
• Conduct FMEAs to capture technology risks and define qualification programs
