Equity-Minded Population Health Pharmacist

WellSouth is seeking a Population Health Pharmacist to advance equitable access to medicines across Otago and Southland. The role collaborates with Māori and Pacific health providers, general practices, and community pharmacy to address disparities in medicine utilisation.

The Clinical Pharmacist – Population Health will lead complex medication reviews, support quality use initiatives, and contribute to population health outcomes through data-driven strategies.
