You will handle all aspects of surface preparation, coating application, and touch-up work while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. The position also supports general shop operations and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all preparation work prior to painting, including cleaning, masking, and detailed surface preparation.
+ Operate a paint booth and paint sprayer to apply coatings to equipment and components on returned rental units.
+ Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a high-quality finish.
+ Mix, apply, shape, and sand body filler as part of surface preparation to repair imperfections.
