Equipment Operator – Civil Projects (Project Term)

Location: North Thompson Valley, Canada. Project sites include Hinton, Jasper, Valemount, Clearwater, and Kamloops.

Reporting to the Straw Boss, you will operate a variety of construction equipment and support civil construction activities in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.

Project term: starts immediately; anticipated completion November 30, 2026 or upon project completion. Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off; shifts up to 12 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating equipment in a civil construction, earthworks, road construction, site development, or related environment.
• Proven competency with skid steer/bobcat, mini excavator, excavator, dozer, grader, wheel loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract (must).
• Class 1 or Class 3 licence considered an asset.
