We're hiring! This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities Assist maintenance workers and manage the TPM system. Minimize production line breakdown time. Collaborate with process and production teams to enhance OEE. Conduct daily and weekly team meetings. Create 8 D reports and address equipment issues. Help the production team meet deadlines. Manage spare parts inventory. Requirements Bachelor/Engineering Degree (with title). 3-6 years of experience in industry. Knowledge of ISO/IATF. Intermediate English proficiency.
