Job Description

Responsibilities
Managing supplier communication throughout the execution phase of purchase orders. 
Monitoring manufacturing progress and ensuring adherence to agreed delivery schedules. 
Expediting orders through regular follow-up and supplier visits when required. 
Coordinating the complete supply process to meet project timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications. 
Ensuring timely receipt and review of vendor documentation in line with project requirements. 
Coordinating inspection notifications with Quality Control teams according to inspection and test plans. 
Managing logistics documentation and ensuring a smooth handover to logistics and project teams. 
Providing regular progress updates and status reports to internal stakeholders. 
Working closely with Buyers and supporting accurate project administration and reporting.
