Epitaxy Process Engineer – MOCVD & Yield Improvement

ams OSRAM is seeking a skilled process engineer to lead the MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth in Kulim, Malaysia. You will ensure operability and meet KPIs including epitaxy layer performance, yield, CpK, and cost.

You will define DoE within the process window, implement process control, and troubleshoot tools with production and equipment teams to maintain smooth operation and target KPIs.
