Primary Responsibilities
+ Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Tapestry Enrollment and Eligibility workflows.
+ Build and maintain member enrollment structures, eligibility rules, coverage records, and benefit-related configurations.
+ Configure and test member correspondence and letter generation processes.
+ Collaborate with business, operations, and compliance stakeholders to validate enrollment and eligibility requirements.
+ Develop test scripts, execute integrated testing, and support go-live activities.
+ Provide production support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation lifecycle.
