Function of Position:
The EOP Resident Director position will begin on July 19, 2026 (move-in date) and end on August 7, 2026 (move-out date). This position will assist the EOP Summer Residential Program, receiving direct Supervision from EOP and Housing and Residence Life, and oversee the EOP Resident Assistants and participating students during this time.
This agreement will outline the policies and guidelines for the position.
*This is a part-time position.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Serve as person in charge in the Residence Halls after hours during the summer program.
+ Provide orientation, training, supervision, and regular evaluation of approximately 3-4 Resident Assistants o Includes training for RAs that consists of Title IX content and what to do in an emergency
