The Role
We are partnering with a national consultancy organisation to find a Project Director to lead teams delivering major projects, while setting strategic direction and ensuring all works align with contractual obligations and defence/federal government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary advisory/delivery teams.
- Oversee project delivery, procurement, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with defence clients, government bodies, and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop consulting staff.
- Act as the primary in-state point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement.
