Job Description
All full-time employees will have benefits/RRSP up to $0.75 per hour
- Hours of work: Full time, Monday-Friday
- Salary based on experience
- Previous experience in retail management required
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
- Oversee day to day operations of gas station
- Supervise, train and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and balance cash registers, reconcile daily sales, and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving and tracking merchandise
- Conduct regular inspections of store to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency
