Job Description
Entry-level environmental (air) testing position with opportunity for advancement - we expect to promote this individual to a Test Engineer I ($26.00/Hour) within 6-12 months. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and have the ability to travel for 2-to-5 days at a time during the standard work week. Most travel projects are located in Indiana or Ohio.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform air emissions testing and monitoring services at a variety of industrial clients.
+ Record and analyze data, collect samples.
+ Transport and set up testing equipment using a company vehicle; dismantle equipment post-testing.
+ Calibrate testing equipment and assist engineers in conducting air quality testing procedures.
+ Adhere to environmental, health, and safety protocols.
+ Organize and prepare equipment for upcoming projects.
+ Gain proficiency in EPA Test Methods 1-5 using company resources.
