Environmental Specialist / EHS Specialist
Location: On-site – Concord, NC
Salary: $73,000–$75,000 base 

The Opportunity

You will be the environmental go‑to for a complex, highly engineered manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role, embedded on-site in Concord, where you will:

• Lead environmental programs, compliance, and reporting across the plant
• Support health & safety, but as a secondary component of the job
• Act as an internal advisor to maintenance, engineering, and operations on environmental risk, permitting, and practical compliance
• Help reshape how the site thinks about environmental performance as part of overall EHS

This is not a consulting role. We need someone who has worked in manufacturing, not only with manufacturers as a consultant.
