**Role Overview**
**Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1** to join the team at **UT Health North Campus Tyler** , a 174-bed acute care and behavioral health hospital located on the **UT Tyler Health Science Center campus** in Tyler, Texas.
This **2nd-shift leadership role** is responsible for managing daily environmental services operations and leading a team of **27 frontline employees** . The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, positive patient and staff experience.
