THE OPPORTUNITY
Provide specialist environmental management expertise across Water and Waste, Regional Services and broader Council operations.
Lead environmental compliance and reporting for water, wastewater and solid waste operational sites.
Manage and deliver environmental programs and projects aligned with legislative and organisational requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in environmental management within a complex, multi-site environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver practical and compliant environmental outcomes.
The Environmental Scientist or Environmental Engineer is responsible for:
Managing regulatory compliance across Council operational facilities, particularly water, wastewater and solid waste.
