Job Description:
+ Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site inspections, historical research, and database reviews, in accordance with ASTM standards.
+ Perform Phase II ESAs, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, and coordinate field investigations.
+ Analyze environmental data, interpret lab results, and prepare technical reports.
+ Identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and recommend next steps for site remediation or further assessment.
+ Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
+ Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
+ At least 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting
+ Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21 standards and environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA...
