• Provide Strategic Legal Counsel: Deliver expert legal guidance on environmental laws, administrative regulations, and permitting requirements at local and national levels to support ongoing and future corporate initiatives.
• Proactively Monitor Regulatory Trends: Track, interpret, and analyze emerging environmental, administrative, and potential tax/customs legislation, evaluating risks and preparing the organization for future policy changes.
