Job Description

BA Blacktop is seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and quality excellence. As the Environmental & Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Environmental Management System (EMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), helping ensure the BA Blacktop Group of Companies maintains compliance and continuously meets the standards required for ISO certification.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct internal audits of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (health & safety), and support external certification audits.
Develop, implement, and continually improve the company’s quality, environmental, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Conduct and analyze supplier and subcontractor performance evaluations.
