Entry Level Quality Control Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate / Inspector to join our team in the healthcare packaging industry. This role is responsible for inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Perform precise measurements (down to 1/64 inch) using rulers and tools
Conduct tensile, seal strength, and visual inspections
Verify color accuracy and product consistency
Identify and communicate defects to production teams
Complete documentation, labeling, and quality records accurately
Package finished goods for shipment
Follow all cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements
Safely test materials such as films, foils, and chemicals
