About the Client
Our client is a boutique commercial real estate investment advisory firm based in New York City. They support clients across the U.S. with investment sales, capital markets, and leasing—sourcing opportunities across asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily.
The firm has invested heavily in AI‑powered research infrastructure. Skiptracing, ownership lookups, and much of the property research are now handled by internal systems—so the biggest bottleneck is no longer research, it’s conversations.
Role Overview
Our client is hiring an Outbound Coordinator to drive off‑market acquisition efforts by owning the conversation side of the lead pipeline—calling property owners, building rapport quickly, and helping move deals forward. This is a phone‑first, high‑volume outbound role.
